How to access the building
Using the fob/tab attached to the keys place this on the reader by the front door
Where to take your waste
To empty rubbish from the apartment, the communal refuse chute can be found as described:
Exit the apartment door turn left and go through the red swing door.
Continue along the corridor until you see the door marked “CHUTE ROOM” open this and the chute is in front of you pull this open put the bin bag inside and close.
How to Check Out
Check out by 11am:
Leave one set of keys in the apartment.
Lock the door and post the second set of keys into the mailbox in the ground floor entrance foyer – the one marked “3F2”. We have a master set of keys.
