Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I obtain keys for the apartment?

A member of our Team will meet you at the front door of the apartment (or, if arranged, at the car park entrance). Please contact us 1 hour before arrival so we can schedule a member of the Team to be at the correct apartment to show you in.

  • When I leave I need to stay later for a late flight. Is this possible?

We may be able to accommodate depending on future arrivals; we will not be able to confirm until the day before departure. Standard checkouts are 11am.  If you want a guaranteed later checkout you need to book an extra night’s stay.

  • I will arrive in Glasgow early. When can I check in?

Check in is normally between 3 pm and 9pm. Earlier check in may be possible if your apartment is ready – please ask.  We may not be able to tell you until the last minute, as this will depend on when previous guests check out.  We have no reception facilities at our apartments, so we are unable to store your luggage.

  • My flight lands really late. How will someone show me in?

A member of our Team will come to the apartment to show you in. Between 9 -11pm (21:00-23:00) there is an ‘out of hours’ charge of £40. An arrival after 11PM (23:00) is not possible. This payment will be taken on arrival by card machine. An un-arranged check in will be charged at £100.

  • What are the check-in arrangements?

A member of our Team will check you in at the apartment. Our apartments do not have reception facilities.  The person who booked must present photo ID and the card with which the booking was made. Normally we will take a security deposit of up to £200 with a card machine, which will be refunded on departure provided there has been no malicious damage and no contravention of rental terms.

If the apartment was booked by someone else, the guest who arrives must present photo ID. A security deposit of £200 will be taken from the guest’s card, which will be refunded on departure provided there has been no malicious damage and no contravention of rental terms.

  • I am booking the apartment for friends/family. I am not going to be there. Is that ok?

The guest who arrives must present photo ID. A security deposit of GBP 100 will be taken from the guest’s card, which will be refunded on departure provided there has been no malicious damage and no contravention of rental terms.
