A welcome pack is provided for each guest. principalapartments.com arranges and supervises cleaning/laundry services, responds to guests for assistance with their stay and attends to any maintenance requirements.
principalapartments.com arranges for each apartment to be inspected regularly to ensure that a high standard is always maintained. Owners will be advised on maintenance work required and its urgency.
principalapartments.com prepares guest handbooks, which explain how everything in the apartment works, and advises on local attractions, shops, etc. A representative of principalapartments.com will meet guests on arrival. principalapartments.com is on call at all times in the event of a guest having a problem or enquiry.
Owners are provided with monthly financial statements and rentals collected are remitted monthly by electronic funds transfer. Periodically owners will be provided with management information on the letting and occupancy of their apartment.
